CHATEAU GUYNOT
A magnificent family estate, in the Fins Bois cru, with its cellars, distillery, ice-house and 18th century vaulted cellar, wooded park, reception and tasting room, and kiwi plantation. This former residence of the Marquis de Monconseil still keeps the traces of its history, where you can discover how, for generations, pineau and cognacs of great finesse have been grown. A 52-hectare estate of which 22 hectares are planted with vines with a subtle blend of noble grape varieties from the Cognaçais region, ugni blanc and colombard for the whites, merlot and cabernet for the rosés, combined with the best cognacs, bringing harmony and elegance to the estate's fruity pineaux. Ranges to be discovered in a prestigious setting.
Please note: every Thursday in July and August, the Château Guynot estate offers chocolate tasting workshops in harmony with Cognac and Pineau. The estate is also well worth a visit: an 18th century ice-house, wooded park, vaulted cellar, ageing cellars and distillery are just some of the beauties that punctuate this superb family estate. The tastings that accompany the free visits will give you the opportunity to taste rare cognacs. A godsend!

Nous avons fait la visite de la glacière (très rare dans la région). Nous sommes passé à la dégustation des pineaux et des cognac ou l'on a été très surpris. Le gout est vraiment superbe (petit coup de coeur sur le XO 37). Je recommande !!!!
