Ferme des Coutures is an organic farm located in Thairé, Charente-Maritime. It offers a variety of organically-farmed products, including veal, beef and pork. Customers can order meat packages including steaks, roasts, ribs and escalopes, as well as sausages and cooked products such as blanquette de veau and bourguignon. The farm also offers pork products such as sausages, chipolatas, ribs and roasts. Products can be purchased directly from the farm during monthly sales, or in partner stores such as the Biocoop de l'Île de Ré and the Biomonde store in La Rochelle. The farm also offers organic chickens from L'Éloge du Bio in Saint Hilaire le Vouhis, Vendée. The chickens are raised outdoors and fed an organic vegetable diet. Customers can choose the size of chicken they prefer.
