Un accueil chaleureux de Sabine et La Retha dans un cadre idyllique au milieu de la nature, avec sa salle à manger aux baies vitrées donnant sur le lac.
La cuisine de Michel et Johann est raffinée, les saveurs délicates, les parfums subtils, les produits frais sont issus du terroir charentais. La présentation et le mariage des parfums sont au rendez-vous.
