LES JARDINS D'ISSARDS

Franck Vignais grows vegetables in greenhouses and in the open field. He built a building with ecological materials (wood and straw). He grows about thirty kinds of vegetables as well as some aromatic plants. He works the soil with horses, in order to avoid motorized and polluting tools. Every week, he proposes beautiful baskets of vegetables according to his harvests and gatherings. You will also find organic goat's cheese from the farm of Les Salles de Saint-Hilaire and organic meat parcels from the farm of Les Béguets de Saint-Menoux.
