Ah, the Gâtinettes from Chocolats et délices du Poitou! A delicious blend of honeyed flaked almonds coated in chocolate. A delicacy to be savored at once, to be found in the stores of Poitou producers and in the incredible chocolate factory of Azay-sur-Thouet: a small artisanal store where chocolate and butter cakes flow freely and in all forms. The illusion is perfect for crottins and chocolate sausages. Gourmets beware.
