Museum dedicated to preserving these prehistoric tombs and showcasing various Neolithic cultures

6,000 years ago, our ancestors moved huge stones to build tumuli, megalithic funerary monuments. Here, six tumuli were discovered in the 19th century: the largest was explored in 1840. The museum aims to preserve these prehistoric tombs and to highlight the various Neolithic cultures that led humans to build these megalithic monuments, and regularly offers large temporary exhibitions. The park also includes a discovery trail, a botanical garden, reconstructions of dwellings...
