Bressuire's Les Cloîtres stands out for its very contemporary decor and the extreme friendliness of its staff. On the plate, the agapes are rather well executed and served in quantity: oysters and seafood, burgers, Caesar salad, grilled meats, and so on. No specialties to speak of, except for the house-smoked trout, which can be eaten as is or in a poke bowl. The location is ideal and the service fast.
