Restaurant combining family cooking and Alsatian flavours in Nothalten.
This address has been combining family cooking and Alsatian flavours since 1958 in a "winstub" decor with checked tablecloths and carved wooden chairs. In summer, you can sit on the terrace in the shade of the lime tree to enjoy grilled meats with vine stocks. Otherwise, à la carte: smoked wild boar ham and raw vegetables, presskopf vinaigrette, fillet of pike-perch in matelote or kidneys the old-fashioned way and the famous Sauerkraut of Papy. In winter, game is served with, depending on the hunt of the moment, venison or wild boar stew accompanied by wild mushrooms and homemade späetzles.
