Would you like to go on a nocturnal kayak treasure hunt in the meandering Green Venice? Bring your disguises!
The most important canoe-kayak event in France, and probably the most fun. On the last weekend of June, the CKN (canoe-kayak club of Niort), organizes a nocturnal treasure hunt inside the meanders of the Green Venice. More than 1,000 runners in disguise, dressed up in boats, will participate. Start at nightfall, after the big parade: you have until the early morning to unlock the checkpoints that will lead you to the finish. 3 equal prizes are awarded: best score, best disguise and randomly drawn crew.
