Je suis très déçue ayant réservé pour 3 personnes la veille pour la braderie..ayant un quart heure de retard nous nous sommes vus sans table?? Je n'ai pas l'habitude de faire faux bond et j'aurais averti s'il y avait eu un contre temps..je comprends pas..ce n'est pas commercial du tout..elle aurait pu au moins s'excuser et nous proposer une table inoccupée à côté du bar..cela m'étonnes de Bérengère..dommage car j'aimais bien y aller prendre un café ou parfois déjeuner..cela m'a très affectée...et j'espère avoir une petite reponse de leur part..ce serait la moindre des choses et du savoir vivre.???

En balade ds le marais poitevin, nous nous sommes arrêtés pour déjeuner.

Plats de qualité plus que moyenne pour exemple brochette de poulet marinés ultra sèche accompagnement de pomme de terre baignant dans l'huile et croque monsieur brulé à la limite du mangeable.
Pas à l'écoute des clients et langage totalement contraire à l'esprit du commerce.
Bien sur l'étoile est mise juste pour pouvoir laisser un commentaire sinon ça serait zéro.

Péssimo atendimento, nunca fui tão mal atendido. A atendente não fazia questão de nos receber, disse que não havia pratos, isso com o restaurante funcionando e com clientes almoçando, sem contar que praticamente nos expulsou. Não recomendo para ninguém esse tipo de restaurante que não respeita os clientes. 1 estrela por que não posso dar 0.

no atmosphere but till recently the owners tried to give you good welcome .. they still try but times have changed .. sadly they don't even allow you to have your dog with you on the terrace now even when on a leash, so for me c'est fini .. better things to do then sit with grumpy people who dont like their customers and have no interest in anything. Revisit but owner's wouldn't even let us have a coffee without the dog, they seem to think that they have to refuse dogs because they serve food, Mmm even on a terrace in the evening when no food being served and dog on lease. Probably best to admit they just don't want dogs. Sadly greeted with horrible attitude even when trying to be understanding. Feel sorry for them as they could have a great clientèle! Life too short to.... Ah well... Sunflowers and petals...

and as you can see below the owner even makes personal threats rather than just admit he just doesn't want dogs on the premises, why not put up a sign? Instead last week he menaced our children... Not great in a small village. Life really is too short and I have nothing against them and if I now wasn't banned for having a personal opinion, I would still take a café there ocasionally... Péssimo atendimento. Disseram que não havia pratos para sete pessoas ! Um restaurante, aberto , onde há pessoas almoçando e não há pratos ? Claramente não quiseram nos atender.

Nous n'y avons même pas mangé car à peine arrivé pour déjeuner en terrasse la serveuse nous a lancé un ''je n'accepte pas les chiens ( un petit caniche ) pendant le service du midi'' : il y avait 3 tables...! Ce restaurant doit bien marcher pour se permettre de refuser des clients ....
