This is the story of Louis and Marguerite, who in 1968 set up a farm in La Chapelle-Thireuil. Converted to organic farming over 30 years ago, it is now farmed by their grandchildren, Thomas and Karine, who have created a brewery to enhance the farm's cereals. Their slogan: "From earth to beer". A distillery and canning facility have since been added to the project. They welcome you for a playful tour or for workshops on brewing their farmhouse beers.

The Louis et Marguerite farm-brewery is located in La Chapelle-Thireuil. The brewery's unique taste sets it apart from the competition. These beers are brewed from the farm's own cereals. Louis and Marguerite have 6 beers to choose from: blonde, white, triple, golden blonde, brown and 5-grain. The establishment also offers a variety of interesting workshops. For example, you can opt for a brewing workshop. You can also learn about beerology or create personalized beers for special events. A good address to discover!

LA BLONDE
Louis et Marguerite's Blonde craft beer.
Renowned for its surprising balance between the subtle bitterness of its barley malt and the delicious aromas of its hops, this true craft Blonde is already a Louis et Marguerite classic, to be enjoyed all year round!

An intense blond beer, full of subtlety
Blonde is home-brewed on Louis and Marguerite's beautiful family farm. Produced using 100% organic farming methods, it draws its precious nectar from cereals harvested on our fertile land in La Chapelle Thireuil, Le Busseau and Saint-Laurs.
Intense and light, when this ballerina soars into the air, its beautiful blond color leaves no one indifferent. The sound of its fine white foam and the fragrance of its barley malt caress your nostrils like fresh foam on golden sand.

Gourmet and generous, La Brune is a resourceful craft beer to be savored as a consolation from the winter chill. Its roasted malts express themselves wonderfully on the palate, to the delight of chocolate, caramel and coffee lovers!

On our abundant land in La Chapelle Thireuil, Le Busseau and Saint-Laurs, we grow 100% organic cereals, whose powerful malts are roasted to brew Brune, using our artisanal method, on Louis and Marguerite's family farm.
Brune embodies the delicious nectar of the earth. It undulates in its beautiful amber-brown color, releasing a discreet, melancholy fragrance into the open air, leaving room for tasting: a true brown ale, with more than one trick up its sleeve to surprise you when you least expect it.
