Plancha Sevillana is a brand of Atilac, the regional leader in Poitou-Charente in the fine sheet metal industry. History. Inspired by the happy memories of his summers spent on the hills of Ascain in the Basque Country, Michel Barrault wanted to share the flavours of his childhood, cooked on his grandparents' family plancha. As an enlightened gourmet, he has put all his know-how at the service of the company, Atilac - which was created in 1985 - to offer top-of-the-range all-stainless steel planchas , to season the most delicate meats and fish to the heart while enhancing their aromas.

As an enthusiast, he regularly returns to Ascain, where Mr. Amestoy, his butcher, offers him excellent meats: beef from the Blonde d'Aquitaine breed, lamb from the Pyrenees, milk-fed veal fed under the mother, Basque specialities such as chistorra (fine sausage enriched with Espelette pepper), Basque sausage... Offered at the direct factory selling price, the Sevillana planchas made of stainless steel are designed for optimal cooking, easy to maintain and durable.

The products. Used by private individuals and catering professionals alike, the planchas offered by the brand shine through their robustness.
