On the heights of Bellerive-sur-Allier, you will be welcomed in one of the two rooms of the restaurant, in a beautiful setting. The two chefs' motto is: a minimum of products for a maximum of taste. The choice is thus voluntarily limited. The lunch formulas are set out on arrival according to the market of the day. Four menus follow for evenings and weekends, land or sea, land and sea and the menu for all guests according to the inspirations of the chef Stéphane Roesch, accompanied by a glass of wine or a bottle according to your wishes.

The food was out of this world. The tenderness of the meats, different flavours very well balanced and paired with fantastic wines and champagnes. We spent 90 euros per person for mise en bouche, entree, the main, cheese and desert. This was also with wines/champagne with almost every course.
