This little Vendée celebrity, on his midday tour, stops off in Mauléon every summer. Take note: it's every Wednesday! Two street-food artists treat you to (real) homemade bagels, on their own or as part of a menu. The same goes for burgers, served with home fries. Local meats and products are of course the order of the day, changing according to the mood: Deux-Sévrien minced steaks, onion pickles, raclette cheese, pulled pork, Vendeen ham. And there's organic produce too! It's the perfect way to enjoy a good meal, just like in the States!
