SAINT BARNABAS CHURCH
This church built in the 12th century houses two polychrome wooden statues
The original building was constructed in the 12th century in the Romanesque style typical of the area, but with time and the Wars of Religion the original structure gradually disappeared. Only the apse remains in this style. The rest of the church was rebuilt in the 19th century. However the interior conceals three curiosities: a magnificent and very well preserved funeral litre from the 17th century, that is to say a black band that runs along the interior walls of the church. These litres were affixed in honour of a deceased person during the Ancien Régime. You can also admire two polychrome wooden statues.
