CHÂTEAU DE MARSAY
Castle built between 1710 and 1718 with main building, main courtyard limited by 2 round towers and west tower converted into a chapel
Built between 1710 and 1718 and listed as a Historic Monument. The entrance postern, the towers at the corners of the courtyard, at the end of the outbuildings and the dovecote are the only remains of the old castle. Its main courtyard is limited, from the entrance, by two round towers. It is accessed by a wide alley. The west tower has been transformed into a chapel. The castle consists of a single main building. Inside, you will admire a stone staircase with balusters, turning left, and also the overmantel of the fireplace in the living room dating from the 19th century. This living room houses a painting attributed to Mignard.
