Close to the Brèche, Ready Made Sushi is a modern place with refined design and design. There is a rather small room but the atmosphere is cosy and pleasant. The lunch formula, ideal for fast lunches at reasonable prices, is interesting: you can choose between 6 menus (maki, sushi, sashimi, vegetarian, mixed, of). However, please book to be sure to have room. The originality of the site lies in the blending of culinary inspirations: Japanese cuisine blends and reinvent itself with French greed as in the maki, serving Nutella-banana or the green tea mousse of gourmet tea.

The atmosphere is nice, but no wanting a Japanese restaurant, it is expensive (even for Japanese) and the makis that I have been eating were obviously not very fresh (2 times, one of which made to order, the other waited cool in the window...).
