One of the most beautiful gastronomic restaurants of the Deux-Sèvres, deco interior, view on the Sèvre, masterpiece in the plate.
De Gaulle, Chirac, ambassadors... have all come here to enjoy gastronomic and bistronomic cuisine in a privileged setting along the river Sèvre. La Belle Etoile also stands out for its enveloping, delicately-cared-for decor, as warm as it is contemporary. Maxime Guignard and Jordane Vignes have taken up the family torch with brio. On the menu: octopus carpaccio, low-temperature cod marbré, Gala apple trompe l'oeil. Terrace and botanical garden. A feast for the eyes and taste buds.

Le tournedos Rossini a point + voir cuit alors qu'on l'avait demandé bleu a emporté la notation !
Le fait que le service défende la cuisine a entraîné notre agacement.

Un excellent restaurant, la nourriture était superbe, une expérience culinaire incroyable jusqu'aux couverts. Je ne vais pas vous parler de ce que j'ai mangé car c'est essentiellement un spoiler
