Hotel on the edge of the ring road offering fifty comfortable rooms in Niort.
Located on the edge of the ring road, at the edge of the commercial zone, right next to the MAAF, this hotel was entirely renovated in 2008. It offers fifty comfortable rooms, with a welcome touch of color signed by Philippe Sidot, a contemporary artist whose painting hangs in each room. Another colorful window on the world, a flat-screen TV in each room also allows you to watch pay-per-view movies (Canal+ and Canal package). The two 50m2 meeting rooms are ideal for work groups (equipped with an overhead projector, a screen and a paperboard, and for lunch, restaurants are nearby). Yann and Solenn Calonnec know how to adapt to all situations for the reception of groups. Sports groups are welcome!
