Just before the start of a new school year, the Bread Festival offers us a comforting break filled with the smell of warm bread and regional flavours. We discover, or rediscover, how bread is made: the ingredients, the kneading, the shaping of the dough, waiting for the dough to rise, baking in the bread oven and then tasting it. It's the occasion of a gourmet day that makes you want to prepare good snacks for the return from school! On the spot you will also find a market of regional products and crafts, events such as traditional songs and dances, entertainment for children. During the Bread Festival, apple juice is squeezed and sold, delicious with a piece of bread just out of the oven!
