The life of the park is not just the thrill of the Annuelle. The rest of the time, conventions, seminars, symposiums and other general assemblies take place there. On the 10 hectares of the site, there is a meeting and communication centre with flexible equipment and complementary spaces. The plenary room, equipped with a giant screen and a state-of-the-art image, can accommodate 1 500 people. There are three rooms with 40 to 200 seats (adapted as required) and two other meeting rooms. At all these facilities there are two reception halls, further of exhibitions, a bar, a restaurant as well as a catering area and a very large parking lot. The park staff is perfectly qualified to manage the equipment (podium, light ramps, furniture, etc.) as well as technical services (sound, light, fluid, etc.).
