The church Saint-André dates back to the 70 th century. From the original Romanesque building, however, there is no longer much left since it was partly destroyed by Protestants in full wars of religion (1588), amended in 1685 and transformed into a warehouse at the end of the th century. The savior of the church is called Segrétain. This niortais architect retroussa his sleeves to rebuild it from 1855 to 1863.
