Flu Bakery has been located in the centre of Niort since 2007 to serve you hot bread at all hours, pastries, pastries, surprise breads (salted or sweetened), petits fours, gingerbread, special breads (wholemeal, prunes, figs, hazelnuts, raisins, poitou-charente bread, country bread, ciabatta bread...) and even a catering service (pizzas, quiches, salads, sandwiches, drinks). Special breads are made on certain days of the week. You can order your bread as well as your pastries, cakes with fresh fruit. For lunch, the establishment offers a sandwich, drink, dessert, coffee (restaurant tickets accepted).
