A must in Parthenay. What makes it so successful? Quality Auvergne cuisine, a simple, family-style setting and a warm welcome. No fuss on the plate. Traditional cuisine for gourmets. Auvergne sausage, tripous, onglet de boeuf with shallot sauce and confit de canard are accompanied by the house's famous truffade, potatoes browned in duck fat, mixed with garlic and fresh Cantal tomme.
