Nestling a few metres from the famous Clock Tower and offering a magnificent view of the Thouet, this is Thierry Guilbault's restaurant, which never tires of cooking for a clientele of regulars. Installed here for ages, he knows how to renew himself regularly so as not to tire our taste buds. His discovery menu is a great introduction to the world of food. On the programme: a wide choice of cheese platters, wines... There are also specific menus for the holidays (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter...).
