Repris par Emilie en juin 2023, le salon de thé a changé de formule. On peut y retrouver un panel de thés en vrac, de cafés, de tisanes et nouveautés des glaces artisanales à déguster sur place. Émilie s’approvisionne en fruits frais auprès de producteurs locaux et propose des parfums parfois inattendus mais délicieux.
