Parthenay's shops are not very large, but the merchants occupying the places during the market are large. ', butchers, butchers, maraichers, cheese dairies and bakers are all present to offer fresh, local and quality products at attractive prices. It's packed in all directions, the queues are sometimes long but the reward is on the plate! Traders lend themselves to the game and haranguent the crowd.
