LES PETITS VALLONS
On the Nougerat farm in Pouffonds, Les Petits Vallons is a dairy farm. Since 1995, Béatrice and Olivier NOCQUET have been raising 55 Prim'Holstein cows on 60 hectares of land, half of which is devoted to pasture. Concerned about the environment, they have oriented their breeding techniques towards respect for nature and its elements. The cows are fed mainly on grass during the summer months, and with forage produced on the farm and hay during the winter months. The farm's products are made exclusively from fresh milk, with no added milk powder. Visitors can buy a variety of farm products such as yoghurts, fromage frais, whipped faisselle, crème fraîche and butter. Les Petits Vallons also sells its products at the farm and at local farmers' markets.
