This family-run logis-hotel is famous for its attentive owners, quality of service and location overlooking the town of Thouars. An old-fashioned establishment as we like them, although its 18 rooms have recently been renovated. At Eric Bernier and Xavier Bichon's table, market-fresh, seasonal and lovingly home-cooked cuisine is the order of the day, with puff pastries, fresh fish and other juicy cuts of meat served flawlessly. In summer, the panoramic terrace is the place to be.
