Old farmhouse with exposed stonework, updated as a charming fishing gîte. It includes an open-plan kitchen opening onto the dining area and a TV lounge with wood-burning stove. Two comfortable bedrooms. Shower room. Terrace with table and chairs. Arbour overlooking the pond, with peninsula for anglers of roach, gudgeon, tench, pike, black bass and perch. Carp fishing prohibited. For carnivorous fish, please contact the owner. Walks around the pond and in the woods on paths with benches and bird nesting boxes.
