BOUCHERIE SICABA BOURBON
This is a house of trust. It is one of the butchers Sicaba (société d'intérêt agricole de Bourbon-l'Archambault) which unites a collective of breeders and manages the only slaughterhouse approved for the slaughter of the two red labels emblematic of the land: the Charolais beef of the Bourbonnais and the Fermier farm lamb.
