LES TERRES BLANCHES
Vignoble de Plaine-et-Vallées, with its superb wine cellar and bottling workshop.
Céline and Benoît Blet, artisan winemakers, set up on this old-fashioned land in 2004. Today, they cultivate ten hectares of vines, including Chenin, Chardonnay, Gamay de Bouze and Cabernet franc, using organic and biodynamic methods (Anjou and Vin de France appellations). They open the doors of their superb cellar in winter and summer alike, where the vintages are matured in barrels and amphorae. Open houses are organized on a regular basis. If you're a wine lover, don't miss Terres Blanches, an integral part of the Oiron terroir.
