Superb flower garden to discover unusual species, theme gardens, collection beds in Thouars.
This superb floral garden of 3 ha decorates the old fortifications of Thouars up to the banks of the Thouet. You can wander through this maze of plants, along the terraces, low walls and stairs, enjoying the view. A real horticultural laboratory, it gave the city its4th flower in 1998: you will discover atypical species, thematic gardens, collection beds as well as an experimental garden (guided tours and fun workshops in summer). The Imbert park also houses the Moulin-de-Crevant eco-museum, dedicated to the milling industry.
