Beef chuck, sea bream, andouillettes, pork stir-fry with curry... The menus offer their specialties of marinated pork pluma with barbecue sauce, as well as fillet of wolf, duck tournedos... and pretty desserts, cream of cheesecake, chocolate mi-cuit...
