AGRI OLÉA
Since 1996, Emilie and David Blot have been growing cereals in Aslonnes, in an environmentally-friendly way. Having started out producing popcorn, they have now turned their attention to wheat flour, which they process themselves on their farm. The bags are sold directly from the farm and in several farmers' stores. This 100% local flour is also used to make baguettes for La P'tite Charlotte in La Villedieu-du-Clain and crackers for Serenity Biscuits in Vicq-sur-Gartempe. Looking for new products, the couple also produce and process hemp (rich in omega 3 and 6) into flour and oil.
