Chez Chaumat is located in the centre of Cérilly, on the edge of the Pays de Tronçais. It is a large building with three verandas and two rooms. The chef prepares a traditional and regional cuisine, with local products, made of copious and seasonal dishes. Enjoy, for example, deer terrine and its small garnishes or veal head salad with a ravigote sauce, then roasted pig's ham with honey sauce and balsamic vinegar, fish of the day with white sancerre velvety or charolais with pepper berries, and finally, chocolate cake, seasonal fruit pies, and ice cream sundaes. Also enjoy the terrace overlooking the square. Excellent value for money.
