Cette soirée restera un moment inoubliable pour nous. L’ambiance est très atypique. Le chef prépare son foie gras lui même, fume aussi lui-même son magret. Le plateau de fromage est impressionnant et local.
C’est aussi agréable de voir à travers les photos au mur toute la vie de ce chef avec un parcours bien rempli.
