He always has a little joke for his customers. Kevin Lidon is a passionate artisan butcher. At his place, everything is homemade (except for the appellations). Museau, rillettes, pâté marmite, jambon blanc... charcuterie is very popular with his customers. His Easter pâté even won an award in 2018. Kevin makes all his own smoked meats: brisket, bacon, coppa... but his specialty remains homemade dry sausage and beef chorizo. A real treat! In his well-stocked showcase, you'll find Limousin beef that he selects on the hoof (the rib is matured), veal from the Dordogne, lamb from the Vienne, poultry from the Landes and Label Rouge pork from the Sarthe. Also a caterer, every week Kevin proposes convivial dishes such as axoa, poulet basquaise, paella... and roast chicken.
