CLOS DE BREUILLY
A walled vineyard planted on a gently sloping hillside with a lovely view of the Chaîne des Puys and the Forez mountains.
Since 2020, a small team of enthusiasts has been reviving the estate, which includes a manor house, a winery and an adjacent walled vineyard planted on a gently sloping hillside. They produce three Saint-Pourçains: Cuvée Cerf-Volant (white and red), Saint-Pourçain AOP (white and red), aged one year in vats, and Cuvée Barnabooth (white and red), a tribute to the writer Valéry Larbaud (aged in oak barrels). Then single-varietal wines with Tressallier, Les Rocs and Les Grands Rangs. New cuvée called Bulles. Tours by prior arrangement.
