Jean Teissèdre vinifies his own wines and harvests by hand. His 9-hectare AOC estate is located on clay-limestone soils. White wines include L'Autochtone, Pet Nat and Tresaille, as well as Tressailler, a dry sparkling wine, all made from the local tressallier grape, blended with chardonnay to produce L'Aurence and L'Intrépide. In red pinot noir, cuvées Auvernat, La Chabanne, La Prugne, in gamay Mille Pattes and a rosé. Summertime: wine bar, brazier, snack bar. Perfect for discovering and tasting their wines, beers and grape juices.
