LE JARDIN DU COIN
In their garden, Karine and Laurent cultivate and harvest, by hand, flowers and aromatic plants that they transform to create delicious and surprising products. Wishing to share their small family production of elderberry syrup and jelly, they got into the game and since then, nothing stops their creativity. At the foot of the trees in their orchard, they grew herbs, then expanded their crops. Sage, mint, lemon balm, wild thyme, tarragon, thyme, rosemary, elderberry, rose, cornflower, marigold... perfume the garden. Some plants are processed fresh, others are dried to make excellent herbal teas and flavoured salts. Driven by the flavours of the plants and their aromatic power, they multiply the recipes of olive oils, vinegars, jellies and syrups with thyme, fennel, elderberry... Astonishing and delicious!
