BOUCHERIE-CHARCUTERIE NALLET
Ah! "Nallet's puddings" are talked about throughout the region, perhaps even that the echo has persisted since 1946 since the fathers have passed the secret of their manufacture on to the sons for 3 generations. Good pig's blood, bacon, spices and onions bought from a Cenon farmer. That's right, we don't know any better! And then there is the tasty country pâté, the homemade white ham, the poultry of the Vendée, raised outdoors in Pouzauges, the lamb of Montmorillon... The small family butcher's shop is well worth its success for its rigorously clean display, repeated two or three times a day and its always simple and pleasant welcome.
