For the Teixeira family, the restaurant business has been a family affair for many years. They first held the Café de la Poste in Couhé for 12 years. After a break, they settled in February 2018 in Charroux. It is with a big smile that you will be welcomed in a bright and modern room or on the terrace. Offered every lunchtime, the slate formula varies every day. The chef concocts a simple, homemade family cuisine. Attention, some midday dishes will make your taste buds travel to Portugal!

Friendly welcome and good Menu du Jour. You can sit outside on their terrace for coffee in the morning too.

What a perfect place to take visitors for lunch. As always, the food was delicious, the service was great, the owners and staff are friendly and efficient. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.
