Pizzaïolo ou apprenti ?
Repas pris en couple le 18/09/2022 : les 2 pizzas commandées étaient beaucoup trop cuites (multiples boursoufflures grillées sur les pizzas). Elles n'auraient même pas dû être servies. Réponse d'un "cuisinier" : Ça arrive quelquefois !!! De plus la pizza diavola n'avait pas de mozzarella.
Comme dessert, après avoir commandé 2 coupes Volare, il nous est servi 2 coupes Cioccolato !!!
Naturellement nous les avons refusées.
Évidemment aucune excuse ni compensation.
Des apprentis nous auraient mieux servis.
Par contre, service agréable.

Très bonne cuisine italienne dans un décor soigné et appliqué en rappel avec la culture italienne.

Je n'ai jamais été déçu chez Del Arte. Très bonne adresse que ce soit entre amis ou en famille!

Le petit bémol peut-être est que le personnel n'est pas assez souriant et chaleureux dans son ensemble surtout quand on arrive à 21h

Excellent cadre, décoration soignée. Etablissement propre y compris toilettes.
Très bons plats italiens. A essayer: Pizza Chèvre Miel Roquette ou Piadines Di Roma.

We had reserved for a Friday evening (for 2 adults + 1 child). Table was ready on our arrival, and well located. A kit friendly child was given to us: several games, colored pencils. The menu offers a wide choice (Italian main course Italian, pizza, pasta, desserts...)we have chosen pizza and desserts. The service is fast, and very good quality. Special mention for the pizza child furnished very well... Although this restaurant is a chain, conviviality is present: open kitchen, owner, friendly waitresses... An address recommended in Châtellerault!
