The cuisine is simple, ephemeral and well-balanced, renewing itself daily according to the fresh produce, creativity and desires of the chefs. It's possible to eat indoors, unless you opt for the terrace near the famous jet d'eau. Convenient, fast and convivial, with the added bonus of zero waste thanks to the use of recycled glass jars.
