CHEZ GABIN'S
At Gabin's, Fernand Chastanet officiates in the kitchen and his partner Sophie in the dining room. Originally from Bonneuil-Matours, the 15-year-old began his apprenticeship at Le Pavillon Bleu. After completing his CAP (vocational training certificate) and an additional qualification in restaurant desserts, he moved on to Passion et Gourmandise, La Gourmandine and 16 Carnot. He then moved on to Luxembourg, where he worked for five years at Le Fin Gourmand. Back in France, he fell under the spell of this small house with terrace. The key word here is pleasure! The menu changes weekly. In a warm atmosphere, the cuisine is simple, with colorful, tasty, well-presented dishes.
