In this old 18th-century stone and wood house, service is by the book. In the mornings, the chefs source supplies from local farmers to prepare inventive, meticulously-crafted recipes that verge on the gastronomic, while remaining very affordable. Scallops, kidneys and duck breast are a must. A real treat.
