LA COUPOLE BY LA FERME
On the corner of rue Colbert and boulevard Blossac, in 1836, the handsome building of La Coupole housed a department store selling novelties and confections. Today, although the building has retained some of its splendor, La Coupole has become a restaurant. The decor, chic and timeless, is meticulous. The à la carte menu features the timeless dishes of every good brasserie: escargots, Caesar salad, 5A andouillette, rib-eye steak, duck breast, profiteroles... Tartars come in four varieties (classic, Asian, Indian or Tourangeau). And at midday on weekdays, for a quick lunch, you'll never be disappointed with the dish of the day based on fresh produce and its gourmet coffee. Classic and efficient!
