Ah, Monsieur Favreau's boudin! The people of Chatellerault know it well. Guy Favreau opened his shop at the same address in 1960. He was 25 years old at the time. Since then, he's been delighting the stomachs of gourmets from Châtellerault and beyond. His black puddings and white puddings are renowned for their succulence, made exclusively with local produce. You can also try the pâté marmite, the rillons... it's all good. Today, Gaëtan, his son, holds Guy's trade secret and has taken the reins of the family business by opening a laboratory in the Sanital area. A must for all black pudding lovers (you can also find them on the markets)!
