The museum is housed in a 17th-century house. The first floor is devoted to popular traditions. The second floor features archaeological collections from Gallo-Roman sites, Saint-Pierre-les-Eglises in Chauvigny and Gué-de-Sciaux in Antigny for the medieval period, Gouzon and the baronial château of Chauvigny. On the2nd floor, discover the trades room, featuring tools used by clog-makers, tinsmiths, coopers, pit-sawyers, etc.
